Welcome to Victory Athletics, a brand I created a while back to share my passion about fitness and health to individuals feeling a lack of motivation or inspiration. I am here as a personal coach, as I have been into fitness since I was a teen. I have done a lot of trial and error and have dived into different aspects of fitness from losing body fat to trying to gain a lot of muscle to keeping my functionality and movement. I have dived a bit into boxing and athletic training and have enjoyed classic bodybuilding style workouts.

Working out since I was about 15 years old, I want to share my experience with you since at this point in my life, fitness has become a lifestyle for me. It is just something I try to incorporate into my daily life. Now my focus is on longevity and preserving health as well as the mental fortitude exercising does for you. As I am getting older and the body begins to deteriorate I want to share my knowledge and expertise.

Estoy aquí como entrenador personal, ya que he estado en el fitness desde la adolescencia. He hecho muchos experimentos y me he sumergido en diferentes aspectos del fitness, desde perder grasa corporal hasta ganar músculo y mantener mi funcionalidad y movimiento. Me he adentrado un poco en el boxeo y el entrenamiento atlético, y he disfrutado de entrenamientos clásicos de culturismo.

Llevo entrenando desde que tenía unos 15 años y quiero compartir mi experiencia con ustedes, ya que a estas alturas, el fitness se ha convertido en un estilo de vida. Es algo que intento incorporar a mi día a día. Ahora me centro en la longevidad y en preservar la salud, así como en la fortaleza mental que proporciona el ejercicio. A medida que envejezco y mi cuerpo empieza a deteriorarse, quiero compartir mis conocimientos y experiencia.
